Role Description
Location - Bloomington, IL
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement performance testing strategies for largescale applications
Design develop and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner and JMeter
Conduct load stress endurance and scalability testing for web API and enterprise systems
Analyze test results identify bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations
Collaborate with developers architects and infrastructure teams for performance tuning
Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to stakeholders
Mentor junior testers and contribute to process improvements and automation
Primary Skills
Expertlevel proficiency in LoadRunner and JMeter for performance testing
Strong understanding of performance engineering concepts load stress endurance scalability
Advanced skills in analyzing performance metrics and root cause analysis
Knowledge of protocols HTTP Web Services APIs and scripting in LoadRunnerJMeter
Secondary Skills

Compensation range: $ 90,000.00 to 110,000.00 per year
