Key Responsibilities Define and implement program-level test strategy and governance Manage end-to-end testing lifecycle (SIT, UAT, NFT, Regression, Automation) Lead complex, multi-stream test programs across distributed teams Drive automation strategy and ensure alignment with release governance Manage cross-functional dependencies in a matrix environment Present quality metrics, risk dashboards, and readiness reports to senior stakeholders Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements within BFS domain Handle escalations, risks, and defect management proactively Required Skills & Experience Strong experience in Program and Portfolio-level Test Management Proven track record of managing complex enterprise test programs Mandatory experience in Banking & Financial Services Experience overseeing automation initiatives (hands-on coding not required) Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization Strong personality with the ability to influence, negotiate, and drive quality standards Preferred Experience Exposure to large-scale digital or core banking transformation programs Experience working with distributed/vendor teams Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and risk frameworks in BFS
