About The Role
As an Automation Test Architect, you will make an impact by shaping enterprise‑scale automation and GenAI‑powered testing solutions across the software development lifecycle. You will be a valued member of the delivery and engineering teams, collaborating closely with cross‑functional leaders, architects, and key stakeholders to define and implement strategic automation capabilities.
In This Role, You Will
Build and validate automation solutions across the STLC, including UI/API automation using GenAI‑assisted coding. Design and enhance solutions for test data mining and intelligent test generation. Participate in the architecture, design, and implementation of automation frameworks, pipelines, and prompt engineering models. Contribute to cross‑functional automation initiatives and Proofs of Concept across the software lifecycle. Define the Automation & GenAI adoption roadmap aligned with client goals and transformation priorities. Evaluate build‑versus‑buy decisions and recommend suitable vendors, platforms, and technologies. Advocate for responsible automation practices, governance standards, and model management frameworks. Collaborate with senior stakeholders and provide governance across automation programs. Mentor teams on automation engineering and GenAI best practices. Stay ahead of emerging trends in automation and GenAI, continuously identifying opportunities for efficiency and innovation.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered
15+ years of testing experience with strong expertise in UI/API test automation frameworks and engineering. Proven experience working directly with CIO‑level leaders. Strong technical acumen with the ability to architect enterprise automation solutions. Excellent stakeholder management skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
