Role Overview
The QA Engineer will be responsible for validating APIs and backend services through manual and automated testing. The role requires strong experience in API testing, test automation, and performance testing to ensure application quality, reliability, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Perform API testing using tools such as Postman to validate functionality, data integrity, and error handling.
Design, develop, and execute automated API tests using RestAssured or equivalent automation frameworks.
Conduct load and performance testing to assess system behavior under expected and peak workloads.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Support continuous quality improvement as part of CI/CD pipelines.
Required Skills
Strong experience in API testing using Postman
