We are looking for a QA software engineer to join our team in Holon, responsible for testing and integrating advanced Electronic Warfare (EW) systems that combine command & control software and hardware interfaces
:Key responsibilities
Perform software and integration testing for EW systems, including command & control applications and related hardware interfaces
Plan, write, and manage test procedures; build comprehensive test plans for system-level and customer-specific needs; support lab and field testing activities
Manage the full testing cycle in collaboration with development teams and subcontractors
Handle version control, troubleshoot and analyze system issues, and interpret log files
Define and document software interfaces, operational scenarios, and user interface (UI) specifications
:Qualifications
Practical engineer or technician certification – an advantage
Minimum 5 years of experience in software and system integration testing
At least 3 years of experience in writing software test procedures, test plans, and test documentation
Familiarity with military command & control (C2) systems and multidisciplinary, software-intensive systems
Experience with EW systems – an advantage
Strong Leadership And Self-learning Capabilities, Excellent Interpersonal Skills
High-level English proficiency
