Role & seniority: Senior Automation Engineer (ABB 800xA DCS)
Stack/tools: ABB 800xA DCS architecture; lifecycle management; integration and commissioning workflows; documentation and compliance practices
Lead/execute ABB 800xA DCS installations, upgrades, commissioning and optimisation on pharma/biotech/API sites
Configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to keep systems running to specification
Maintain documentation, change control, and compliance in regulated environments
Minimum 5 years’ hands-on ABB 800xA DCS experience
Proven experience in commissioning, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
Background on regulated sites (Pharmaceutical/Biotech/API) preferred
Strong documentation and compliance awareness
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
EU work eligibility preferred
