Role & seniority: Oracle ERP Test Manager (contractor, Inside IR35)
Stack/tools: Oracle ERP Cloud / E-Business Suite (or equivalent ERP e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Workday, MS Dynamics); test management, defect management, reporting; SIT/UAT planning; test artefacts; test automation familiarity
Define and own test strategy, plans and schedules; lead SIT and UAT planning, coordination, and execution
Manage defect triage, risk mitigation, stakeholder communications; oversee quality of all test artefacts
Coordinate testing across upstream/downstream integrations; coach teams on test design and scripting; ensure delivery meets standards
Proven ERP Test Manager with end-to-end testing across implementations or upgrades
Extensive experience with Oracle ERP Cloud or EBS (or equivalent ERP)
Expertise in test management, defect management, reporting; strong stakeholder management; ability to deliver under tight timelines; experience leading distributed/hybrid test teams
Familiarity with test automation approaches
Experience with other ERPs (SAP S/4HANA, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics)

At Version 1, we’re delivering some of the UK & Ireland’s most significant Oracle Cloud transformations. We’re looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Test Manager to take ownership of end-to-end testing across high-impact programmes — ensuring quality, control, and confidence at every stage.
