At Version 1, we’re delivering some of the UK & Ireland’s most significant Oracle Cloud transformations. We’re looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Test Manager to take ownership of end-to-end testing across high-impact programmes — ensuring quality, control, and confidence at every stage.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Test Manager contractor who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys leading teams, shaping strategy, and driving delivery excellence.

You Will
What you’ll be doing
Define and own test strategy, plans, and schedules aligned to project timelines Lead SIT and UAT planning, coordination, and execution Manage defect triage, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication Oversee the creation and quality of all test artefacts Coordinate testing across upstream and downstream integrations Coach teams on test design and scripting best practices Ensure delivery meets Version 1 standards and client expectations

You Will Have
Proven experience as an ERP Test Manager across implementations or upgrades Experience delivering multiple end-to-end testing lifecycles Extensive knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud or E-Business Suite or equivalent ERP (e.g. SAP S/4 HANA, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics) environments Expertise in test management, defect management, and reporting Experience leading distributed or hybrid test teams Familiarity with test automation approaches Strong stakeholder management and the ability to deliver under tight timelines
