Translate CMS, AMA/CPT, and commercial payer policies into actionable claims editing logic to improve payment accuracy
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve tooling, workflows, and content delivery; stay compliant with evolving regulations
Provide policy and medical coding expertise for claim edits, documentation, and inquiries; identify new policy opportunities and assist in policy research
Bachelor’s degree (healthcare/tech related) and 4+ years in healthcare coding, billing, or payment accuracy
National coding credentials (CPC, CCS-P, RHIA, CCS, CPB, or equivalent)
Deep familiarity with CMS policies, CCI edits, OIG alerts, fee schedules; strong claims processing knowledge (CMS-1500, UB-04)

Working at the intersection of clinical expertise, policy research, and SaaS development, you’ll create high-impact claims editing rules that help leading payers reduce overpayments and promote transparent, accurate reimbursement practices.
