This position will develop automated testing integrated into our continuous integration, continuous deployment, and continuous test (CI/CD/CT) pipelines. Bring your best practices related to investigating, architecting, designing, and implementing application tests and verification solutions. Key Responsibilities
Investigation
Investigation starts with understanding the business problem to be solved. SDETs may lead or participate in requirements gathering that feeds an iterative methodology. For this role, investigation includes developing a deep understanding of CMS‑driven experiences (primarily Drupal) and the shared user journeys that span multiple products—such as authentication, identity management, and cross‑application navigation. Multiple application technologies, project/product needs, and integration points across content, personalization, and authentication workflows will be identified and incorporated into automated testing solutions. SDETs are expected to be proficient in investigative processes that enable designing and implementing these solutions for robust, consistent, and secure customer experiences.
Architect and Design

Ensuring CMS‑rendered components match intended designs with exact precision (spacing, typography, color, layout, states, interactions). Building and maintaining automated visual regression suites that proactively detect UI drift across CMS templates and authenticated experiences. Partnering with designers, front‑end engineers, and CMS developers to interpret design tokens, accessibility requirements, content model structures, and component specifications. Establishing repeatable approaches for validating experience consistency across responsive breakpoints, user roles, and platforms—both authenticated and unauthenticated. Troubleshooting and documenting discrepancies in CMS outputs, authentication flows, and navigation behaviors with clarity and traceability back to design specs or content models.
