Role & seniority: QA Engineer | 2–3 years of QA/software testing experience
Stack/tools: Web apps, REST/GraphQL APIs; Postman; CMS platforms (Strapi, Sanity, Contentful); front-end (Next.js, React, HTML/CSS/JS); cross-browser testing; test automation basics (Playwright or Cypress); accessibility tools (axe)
Execute manual test cases for web apps and APIs; perform functional and cross-browser testing; validate multilingual content
Report bugs with clear steps, reproduce scenarios, screenshots; collaborate with developers; build test automation scripts under guidance
Test CMS workflows, API responses, and UI responsiveness; maintain test docs and provide testing status in standups

About the Role Join our Kuala Lumpur team as a QA Engineer working on digital projects for clients across different industries. You'll test modern web platforms and APIs, learning how to ensure quality across content management systems, user interfaces, and integrations. This is a great opportunity to develop your testing skills working with technologies like Strapi,, Sanity, Contentful, GraphQL, Next.js, and React. You'll work across the team with developers, designers, and other QA engineers to understand requirements and validate that features work as expected. Your day-to-day will include executing test cases, reporting bugs, performing API testing, and starting to build test automation. You'll collaborate across different projects and get exposure to various client challenges and technical approaches. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their testing expertise working on diverse client projects. You'll get hands-on experience with modern testing tools, build test automation frameworks, and develop strong quality practices across different types of digital platforms.
