As a Quality Engineer at Clario, you will help embed quality into every stage of the software development lifecycle, partnering closely with Software Engineering, Product, and Clinical teams to ensure we deliver innovative and compliant technology that accelerates life-changing therapies. Levels We Typically Hire We regularly hire for: Quality Engineer Senior Quality Engineer Lead Quality Engineer Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) What You’ll Be Doing Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and scalable automation frameworks Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous quality validation Execute automated, exploratory, and regression testing Identify, document, and track defects through resolution Contribute to improving test coverage, execution speed, and automation efficiency Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives Support regulatory and compliance standards where applicable What We Look For Experience in software quality engineering or test automation Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber or SpecFlow preferred Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or C# Experience working in Agile development environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Experience in healthcare, clinical trials, medical imaging, or other regulated environments preferred If your background aligns with quality engineering, automation, or modern testing practices, we encourage you to apply and join our talent network for future opportunities.
