Role & seniority: Software Quality Engineering Associate (entry to mid-level), permanent position
Stack/tools: Information Services (I.S.) QA processes; defect management; collaboration with QA, application developers, vendors, consultants, user communities, and test environment support
Support QA processes and assist in testing activities across all complexity levels
Document progress of assigned tasks to ensure objectives are met
Collaborate with QA teammates and other stakeholders to document, execute testing procedures, and manage defects
Ability to identify problems, generate alternatives, and recommend solutions within defined processes
Strong documentation and communication with cross-functional teams
Effective collaboration with QA, developers, vendors, and support staff
Experience with defect management workflows and testing procedures
