Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end QA activities for web, mobile, or enterprise applications.
Design and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.
Drive test automation strategy and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and performance testing.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams during sprints and releases.
Identify, document, and track defects; conduct root cause analysis.
Mentor junior and mid-level QA engineers and promote best practices.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 6-8+ years of experience in Product/Software QA. Strong experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright). Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured). Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and STLC. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
