Four-year degree in a technical discipline such as Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Materials Science.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in at least one of the following areas: quality engineering, formulation development, analytical science, statistics, process engineering, chemical manufacturing.
Demonstrated ability to solve problems of a technical nature
Minimum of 2 years’ experience using statistical techniques such as Statistical Process Control (SPC).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong attention to detail.
