About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Analyst Lead to join our team in Middleburg Heights, OH. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test strategies for complex, enterprise-level projects. You will lead a team of QA Analysts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet functional and technical specifications. The ideal candidate will bring industry best practices in test automation and manual testing, and will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers and stakeholders, to ensure the stability, reliability, and quality of our healthcare revenue cycle applications. This role offers a hybrid work environment, with an initial requirement of five days a week onsite for the first six months, transitioning to four days a week onsite thereafter.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant QA technical work experience Experience in software testing, including creating test strategies, plans, scripts, and documenting results Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) Experience working within EDI and/or .NET development environments Knowledge of various testing methodologies, tools, and types Strong technical skills with the ability to adapt to new technologies Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans for cross-functional, enterprise-level projects with high complexity Lead a matrixed team of QA Analysts by developing testing plans, tracking progress, and directing execution of QA strategies Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements, and design test coverage plans for EDI applications Execute manual and automated test cases, document test results, and report defects Communicate testing status, issues, and results effectively to project teams and organizational leadership Collaborate directly with EDI stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet all functional, technical, and acceptance criteria Work closely with software development teams on departmental and cross-departmental projects of medium to high complexity Adhere to Agile development practices to ensure iterative testing and continuous improvement Contribute to the development and refinement of QA and testing standards to enhance overall testing practices Stay updated with new application features and functions to perform effective end-to-end testing for release quality assurance Perform other duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals
