Role & seniority: Digital Validation Implementation Lead (permanent); primary interface between Global Quality and China/Singapore project teams; senior-to-mid level project/implementation lead.
Stack/tools: Digital Validation; GVLMSv2; validation deliverables (authoring/reviewing), workflows configuration, data readiness; training materials, demos, job aids.
Align Global Quality with China/Singapore project teams on validation strategy, scope, and timelines.
Translate project needs into actionable digital validation requirements; influence tool/process decisions for value and compliance.
Lead early-stage hands-on activities (authoring/reviewing deliverables, configuring workflows, data readiness); establish plans, backlogs, and risk/issue management; provide status updates to governance forums.
Experience delivering digital validation implementations in regulated environments.
Ability to bridge Global Quality and regional project teams; strong stakeholder management.
Hands-on capability with validation deliverables, workflows, data readiness, and user training/demos.
Skills to design templates, best practices, and reusable assets; risk/issue/dependency management; clear executive communication.

We are currently for Digital Validation Implementation Lead to join our team on a permanent roles.
Act as the primary interface between Global Quality and the China/Singapore project teams, ensuring alignment on Digital Validation implementation strategy, scope, and timelines. Translate project needs into actionable digital validation requirements; influence tool and process decisions with Global Quality to optimize for value and compliance. Lead early-stage hands-on activities (e.g., authoring/reviewing validation deliverables, configuring workflows, data readiness) to de-risk adoption and accelerate time to value. Design and deliver targeted training, demos, and job aids for project stakeholders, using real examples and use cases to build competence and confidence. Establish and maintain implementation plans, backlogs, and progress reporting for both projects; proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies. Define and embed best practices, templates, and reusable assets for GVLMSv2 to drive consistency and scalability across regions. Provide clear, concise status updates and recommendations directly to the hiring manager and relevant governance forums.
