Role Overview The Senior Contract Quality Assurance Executive is responsible for overseeing contract quality management across business units, ensuring contracts are commercially sound, compliant, and aligned with organizational standards. This role works closely with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Solutions, Finance, and Delivery teams to maintain high-quality contract governance from signing through fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities Lead contract quality management initiatives across assigned business groups. Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure contracts meet commercial, financial, and operational standards. Establish key review checkpoints and quality criteria within the contract signing process based on business scenarios, customer requirements, and historical insights. Implement structured contract review protocols and monitor contract performance throughout the full lifecycle. Identify common contract quality risks and lead targeted improvement initiatives. Support alignment between sales commitments, delivery scope, and service execution. Promote quality standards and continuous improvement practices in contract management. Ensure risks are proactively identified, assessed, and mitigated during both pre-sales and execution stages.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Law, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, commercial management, or contract quality assurance within Telecommunications, Enterprise, Digital Power, Cloud, or similar industries. Strong understanding of contract commerce processes and customer-driven business environments.
