Overview
The Senior Manager, Contracts & Quality Assurance is responsible for overseeing complex customer contracts and ensuring agreements are accurate, compliant, and aligned with internal standards and regulations. This role safeguards revenue integrity and customer satisfaction by driving operational excellence across onboarding and billing processes. The Senior Manager will lead a team focused on contract interpretation, compliance, and quality assurance, while influencing stakeholders, negotiating solutions, and fostering collaboration with internal and external partners.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 10+ years in contract management, quality assurance, or related operational roles. 3+ years in a management role with proven ability to influence and negotiate at multiple levels.
