Stack / tools: Manual Functional Testing; Billing & Payments ecosystems (Majesco Billing and other P&C/Life billing systems); Application/Integration Testing with CRM, digital platforms, third-party vendor billing systems
Develop and execute Test Strategies, Plans, Scenarios, Cases, and Execution Plans; lead billing systems testing initiatives as QA Lead
Conduct comprehensive functional and integration testing for Billing/Payments, CRM, and third-party systems; ensure accuracy across touchpoints
Provide periodic QA reporting, risk metrics, escalation management, and stakeholder communication (business, product, architects, vendors, CRM/digital teams)
Extensive hands-on manual functional testing in Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life Insurance domains
Deep knowledge of Billing/Payments ecosystems (Majesco Billing or similar) and insurance billing/payments applications
Experience with integration testing across Billing/Payments platforms, CRM, digital platforms, and vendor systems; strong test planning capabilities
Prior QA Lead experience in billing systems testing; strong stakeholder management and conflict-resolution skills
Familiarity with billing system nuances, business rules, and configuration behaviors

Key Skills Property & Casualty (P&C), Life Insurance, Manual Testing, Functional Testing, Majesco Billing /Payment systems – or any similar Core Functional Domain Expertise
Extensive hands-on experience as a Manual Functional Tester within the Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life Insurance domains.
In-depth functional knowledge of Billing and Payments ecosystems, including Majesco Billing and other P&C and Life billing systems, as well as insurance billing and payment processing applications.
Proven ability to conduct comprehensive testing of billing and payment sites/applications, ensuring accuracy across all touchpoints.
Application Integration Testing
Demonstrated experience with integration testing for Billing and Payments platforms, CRM and digital platforms, third-party vendor billing systems, and Life Insurance platforms.
Thorough understanding of billing system nuances, business rules, and configuration behaviors.
Testing Skills & Responsibilities
Highly skilled in preparing Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Execution Plans.
