Work out the functional design for the PLC portion of the system

Engineering degree in electromechanics, electronics, automation, or equivalent experience
3–5 years PLC programming and automation experience
Proficiency with Siemens S7 and TIA Portal or Rockwell RS Logix

You work out the functional design for the PLC part of the system. You perform technical analyses to design PLC schematics, such as Grafcet diagrams, flowcharts, and communication diagrams. You define automation components' technical requirements and ensure feasibility with providers. You are responsible for the development of object-oriented code using Siemens S7 and TIA Portal or Rockwell RS Logix. You define and write comprehensive test plans. You conduct in-house simulations, emulations, and testing. You execute on-site commissioning in close collaboration with commissioning engineers. You hold an Engineering degree in electromechanics, electronics, or automation (or equivalent experience). You have 3-5 years of experience in PLC programming and automation systems. You are skilled in Siemens S7 and TIA Portal, or Rockwell RS Logix. You are a detail-oriented problem solver with strong analytical skills. You are an effective team player who can create innovative solutions within framework constraints. You are willing to undertake a PLC Engineering training program tailored to your experience.
