As a QA/QC Document Controller, you will play a pivotal role in our project development and implementation process ensuring that all documentation meets the QA requirements for the project. You will work closely with the Contracts Manager and Project Manager as well as a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts to deliver cutting-edge projects. This role will be based both on-site.
Liaising with contracts managers/construction staff. Recording of daily attendance and timesheets. General administration duties including data inputting and updating information efficiently. Maintain and update a request for information log for the project. Maintain and update a technical submittal register for the project. Maintain and update an internal drawing register for the project. Maintain and update BIM 360 issues, reviews and transmittals register for the project. Organise documentation following the designated folder structure for each electronic document control system. Populate document control section of progress report. Maintain and update a general asset register for the project. Maintain and update cx documentation register for the project. Maintain and update a closeout documentation register for handover. Issue for review technical submittals for all types of documents on the project.
Leaving Certificate. 2-3 years in a similar position in the construction industry desirable. Excellent IT skills essential, specifically in BIM360 and Google Tools (such as Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Drive). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly organised with strong attention to detail essential. Ability to multi-task and work well under strict deadlines. Experience using SAP software advantageous. Training for in-house systems will be provided to the successful candidate.
