Oversee end-to-end quality assurance from project initiation through handover; manage documentation and certifications
Liaise with engineers, site operators and stakeholders to collect data for reports and certifications; prepare and issue QA documentation
Engage with clients to align expectations, deliver documentation, and address QA queries
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Bluebeam Revu and iAuditor
Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM360, Salesforce, Dalux)
Excellent written/spoken communication; ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams
High organisational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving
Ability to travel across Ireland and Europe as required
Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)

About the Role
The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for the preparation, management and issuance of all project-related quality documentation and certifications. The role encompasses oversight of quality processes from project commencement through to final handover, ensuring compliance with client requirements, contractual obligations and relevant standards. The position requires close collaboration with internal engineering teams, site personnel and external stakeholders, as well as periodic travel to project sites in Ireland and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end quality assurance, managing documentation and ensuring project compliance from initiation through handover. Liaise with engineers, site operators and other internal stakeholders to collect data and information required for reports and certification. Engage directly with clients to align expectations, deliver documentation and provide clarification on quality-related queries.
Quality reports, test reports, and progress reports. Ancillary Certificates and Commissioning Certificates. Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.
Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Bluebeam Revu and iAuditor. Project management platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM360, Salesforce, EIDA Solutions, Dalux and others.
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience is desired. Understanding of quality management processes, industry standards, and certification procedures.
Required Skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and working knowledge of Bluebeam Revu and iAuditor desirable. Familiarity with project management platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM360, Salesforce, EIDA Solutions, Dalux and others. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across multidisciplinary teams and with clients. Strong organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects and documentation workflows. High attention to detail, accountability and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Flexibility to travel across Ireland and Europe as required.
