Job Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Tech II to operate and support robotic technology at our sortation centers, ensuring its seamless integration into our product development process. The ideal candidate will execute test plans, analyze data, and report results, working closely with engineering leads and sortation site personnel. This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive approach and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate newly acquired robotic technology and support its testing for integration into product development.
• Execute test plans developed by global engineering test engineers, including executing test cases and collecting data.
• Analyze testing data and report results effectively to stakeholders.
• Engage with Test Engineers, Managers, Engineering Leads, and local sortation site personnel for guidance and collaboration.
• Adapt and thrive in ambiguous situations, maintaining high-quality work standards.

Must-Have Skills

• Experience in functional, unit, integration, system, performance, etc.) and the Software Test Life Cycle (STLC). Clarifies QA levels that perform manual vs. create automated test
• Experience in
• bug management, test strategy, move quality upstream, etc.) and in engineering (e.g., software maintainability, operational excellence, etc.) practices.

Quality Assurance background: system function testing KPI driven vs. check the box.

Industry Experience

• Experience operating and testing robotic technology, preferably in a sortation center or similar environment, is highly desirable.
