Role & seniority: Quality Assurance Technician II (Contract)

Test robotic technology at sortation centers and support onboarding into RDPI product development
Execute test plans, run test cases, collect/analyze data, and report results
Collaborate with Test Engineers, TE Manager, Engineering Leads, and site personnel (Operations, RME, WHS)
BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience; 2–4 years software testing experience
Experience with test case execution and QA processes in SDLC
Strong verbal/written communication; proficiency in Linux/Unix
Selenium experience
Experience with HTML/JavaScript/Java/SQL (not required)

Our client is a global leader in e-commerce, cloud computing, and digital innovation. Based out of Boston, they are looking to hire a Quality Assurance Technician II on a Contract basis.
Contract Duration: 6 Month Contract (Potential to extend or convert to FT)
Required Skills & Experience BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience 2-4 years industry experience testing software, including website applications. Experience with Test Case / Execution Experience with HTML, JavaScript, Java and SQL is desired, but not required. Experience with Selenium highly desired Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Proficiency working in a Linux/Unix environment. Experience with QA process and Software Development Life Cycle.
Daily Responsibilities The QATs will operate a robotic technology recently acquired by FTR AR RDPI at sortation centers, and support testing as part of onboarding this tech into RDPI's product development process. Testing will include execution of Test Plans developed by RDPI Global Engineering Test Engineers, including executing test cases, collecting and analyzing data, and reporting results. The QATs will engage and take direct guidance from Test Engineers (TE), TE Manager, and Engineering Leads.
They will also engage with local sortation site personnel: Operations, RME, WHS, etc.
