Role & seniority: Senior Fullstack Developer; also serves as Scrum Master, guiding the team and acting as a technical sparring partner throughout the lifecycle.
Stack/tools: Frontend — Vue.js 3, Pinia, TypeScript; Backend — C# and .NET Core; RESTful APIs; databases (SQL and/or NoSQL). Agile/scrum experience; basic cloud/DevOps familiarity (Azure and CI/CD are nice-to-haves.
Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend features; translate business/user requirements into robust solutions.
Own complex technical challenges; contribute to system architecture, scalability, security, and performance.
Review code, mentor less experienced developers, and collaboratively improve the product and processes.
7+ years of fullstack experience; strong frontend (Vue.js 3, Pinia, TypeScript) and solid backend (C#/.NET Core).
Experience with RESTful APIs and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Strong understanding of software architecture, security, and performance; Agile/scrum experience; proactive problem-solving; good English (Dutch a plus).

Your role As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, evolution of our software platforms, but also have a scrum-master role in guiding the team in the development process. You will be involved throughout the entire development lifecycle and act as a technical sparring partner within the team. You will help shape architectural decisions and contribute to maintaining high standards in code quality, security, and performance.
Designing, developing, and maintaining frontend and backend features
Taking ownership of complex technical challenges
Contributing to system architecture, scalability, and security
Translating business and user requirements into robust technical solutions
Collaborating closely with product owners, designers, and fellow developers
Reviewing code and mentoring less experienced developers
Continuously improving existing applications and development processes
What you bring
7+ years of experience as a fullstack developer or in a similar role
Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g. Vue.js 3, Pinia, and
TypeScript.)
Solid backend experience C# and .NET core
Experience with RESTful APIs and database technologies (SQL and/or NoSQL)
Strong understanding of software architecture, security, and performance
Experience working in agile / scrum teams-A proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills
Good command of English (Dutch is a plus)
Scrum experience
Nice to have
Experience with software in healthcare or regulated environments
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices
Experience with SaaS platforms.
Experience with healthcare integrations (care systems, lab interfaces, etc.).
Interest or experience with Go or Rust.
Familiarity with authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0.
Knowledge of security best practices and performance optimization.
