As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will redefine testing by integrating AI-native strategies and modern engineering practices to ensure our financial services are resilient, scalable, and flawless.
The Opportunity
Gen AI Testing Pioneer: Lead the integration of Gen AI into all phases of testing from automated test case generation and synthetic data creation to intelligent bug analysis.
Full-Stack Validation: Own the quality strategy for Web, Mobile (iOS/Android), and API layers, ensuring a seamless multi-channel customer experience.
Shift-Left Engineering: Work side-by-side with developers to automate everything. You will architect robust test suites that run within high-frequency CI/CD pipelines.
Infrastructure & Simulation: Leverage cloud-based testing platforms and service virtualization to enable testing in isolated, high-scale environments.
Drive Automation: Design and implement CI/CD pipeline enhancements through agent integration to increase deployment efficiency and reliability.
Collaborate: Work within an Agile squad of technical and business partners.

What You Need
Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Quality Engineering and Automation.
Multi-Platform Testing: Proven expertise in Web (Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress), Mobile (Appium, XCUITest etc), and API testing (Postman, RestAssured).
Service Virtualization: Expert-level experience with tools like WireMock or similar technologies to simulate complex backend dependencies.
Cloud Testing Ecosystem: Hands-on experience with cloud-based cross-browser and mobile testing platforms such as Perfecto, LambdaTest, or Sauce Labs.
DevOps Mastery: Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps) and a 'Quality as Code' mindset.
Version Control: Expert knowledge of Git branching and merging strategies. The Modern AI & Tools Edge
Gen AI in QE: Proven experience leveraging Gen AI (e.g., Copilot, Claude, or specialized QA agents) for test script generation, maintenance, and edge-case discovery.
Performance & Observability: Experience with performance testing and production monitoring using tools like Splunk or Dynatrace. Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves)
Agentic AI for QE: Familiarity with building or using autonomous agents for self- healing test suites or exploratory testing.
Contract Testing: Experience with Pact or similar tools for microservices validation.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Compensation Range: $95,000-$119,000
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.
Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year). They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.
Part-time regular and temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).
All Canadian employees who work in a province, territory or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
