Stafingo is seeking an experienced Senior Test Lead to support a major modernization initiative involving the transformation of a legacy Case Management System.
This high-impact project involves validating newly developed .NET Core functionality and ensuring full functional equivalency with an existing Classic ASP/VBScript application that has limited documentation.

Project Overview The initiative focuses on upgrading an aging case management platform to modern frameworks that enable improved functionality, responsive design, and enhanced user experience. You will play a critical role in validating migrated features and ensuring system stability throughout the modernization lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Lead QA efforts for .NET Core application components Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts Validate migrated functionality against legacy Classic ASP/VBScript behaviour Analyze legacy screens, workflows, and code logic to determine expected outcomes Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing Document defects clearly and collaborate with developers to resolve issues Support DevOps-driven testing and CI/CD release cycles Provide weekly reporting on progress, risks, and key issues
