🚀 Context & Mission As part of a large-scale digital transformation program within a SAFe organization, we are looking for a Senior Software QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. You will play a key role within a Scrum team, contributing to both manual and automated testing activities, ensuring that new developments meet company quality standards. Beyond execution, you will actively contribute to test strategy, coordination, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
🎯 Your Responsibilities
Perform and coordinate: System Testing System Integration Testing (SIT) Regression Testing (automation expected) Support to UAT & E2E testing (including potential NFR tests) Automate regression scenarios and ensure long-term maintainability of test suites Analyze test results, document evidence, log and track defects in Jira (Zephyr/Xray) Follow up and escalate issues when necessary Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to define appropriate test strategies Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and documentation Ensure test coverage and traceability Perform API testing Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines Contribute to go/no-go decisions based on objective quality metrics Ensure cross-team test coordination across Scrum teams/products Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and testing methodologies (Agile MVP approach)
