About The Role

We are looking for an experienced QA / QE Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Guidewire InsuranceSuite to drive testing maturity and lead quality engineering initiatives for a major insurance client.

This role requires deep knowledge of Guidewire test automation, leadership in QE transformation, and the ability to elevate teams from manual/low maturity testing to a scalable automation-driven QE model.

Key Responsibilities

Lead QE strategy across Guidewire InsuranceSuite modules (Policy, Billing, Claims). Drive test automation and improve testing maturity using modern frameworks. Own QE program management including test planning, governance, and release readiness. Design, implement, and scale Guidewire automation solutions end-to-end. Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence and alignment.
