Prepare and maintain QA Plans for assigned projects; review and update project plans and sub-plans
Conduct Work Product Audits and Process Audits per provided checklists; participate in GAP analyses and project/assessments
Monitor KPIs, manage non-compliance reporting/escalation, produce Customer Quality Reports, and represent QA in customer interactions
Must-have skills
Strong understanding of software development and testing processes
Ability to advocate for quality and foster a quality-focused culture
Experience with QA planning, audits, and compliance (ASPICE familiarity)
Nice-to-haves
ASPICE certification (preferred)
Experience with GAP analyses, project audits, and customer-facing quality activities
Participation in QA organization meetings and cross-functional collaborations
