Top 3 responsibilities
Prepare, maintain, and review QA Plan(s) for assigned projects; assess project plans and sub-plans at creation and major updates; conduct peer reviews of QA Plans.
Perform Work Product Audits and Process Audits per provided checklists; participate in GAP analyses, project audits/assessments, and related reviews.
Monitor project KPIs; manage non-compliance reporting/escalation; prepare and present Customer Quality Reports; represent QA organization in customer interactions.
Must-have skills
Deep understanding of software development and testing processes; ability to advocate quality and foster a quality-driven culture.
Experience with QA planning, audits, and governance processes; capable of cross-functional collaboration in project environments.
Nice-to-haves
ASPICE certification (or strong ASPICE familiarity) preferred.
Experience representing QA in customer-facing contexts and in QA organization meetings.
