Role & seniority: QA Engineer (undisclosed seniority; expects QA lead/participant experience within Bose PAL/ASPICE framework)
Stack/tools: Quality Assurance processes; ASPICE awareness; QA Plans; Work Product Audits; Process Audits; KPI monitoring; Non-compliance tracking; Customer Quality Reports; QA organization participation
Develop, maintain, and review QA Plans for assigned projects; perform peer reviews of QA Plans
Conduct Work Product and Process Audits, monitor KPIs, and support GAP analyses and project assessments
Represent QA in customer-facing contexts; report non-compliances; prepare/customer quality reports; participate in project and QA meetings
Strong understanding of software development and testing processes
Ability to advocate for quality and foster a quality culture
