We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer to support software quality assurance activities aligned with Bose PAL (ASPICE-compliant development process). The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of software development and testing processes, experience in audits and compliance, and the ability to promote a strong quality culture across project teams.
Perform Quality Assurance activities in compliance with Bose PAL (ASPICE-based process). Prepare and maintain QA Plans for assigned projects. Review project plans and sub-plans at creation and during major updates. Conduct peer reviews of QA plans. Monitor and track project KPIs related to quality. Perform Work Product Audits and Process Audits using defined checklists. Participate in GAP analysis, internal audits, and project assessments. Report, track, and escalate non-compliances. Prepare and submit Customer Quality Reports. Represent QA organization in customer-facing meetings. Participate in QA organization meetings and continuous improvement initiatives. Advocate and drive quality awareness across development teams.
Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Solid experience in software testing processes and methodologies. Experience with process compliance, audits, and quality metrics monitoring. Exposure to ASPICE-based development environments. Excellent communication skills (customer-facing role). Ability to promote and develop a strong quality culture within teams.
ASPICE certification (Good to Have). Experience in automotive or embedded software environments. Familiarity with process improvement frameworks.
