Role & seniority: QA Engineer (mid-to-senior level) focused on ASPICE/PAL compliance within Bose development processes.
Stack/tools: Software QA methodology, PAL/ASPICE framework, QA planning, audits (work product and process), KPI tracking, customer reporting, cross-team quality advocacy.
Develop and maintain QA plans for assigned projects; review and update project plans/sub-plans.
Conduct work product and process audits, participate in GAP analyses and project assessments; track KPIs.
Prepare/submit customer quality reports; represent QA in customer interactions and relevant project meetings.
Strong understanding of software development and testing processes; ability to advocate for quality culture.

Job Summary We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to perform QA activities in compliance with Bose PAL (ASPICE-aligned) processes for assigned projects. The role involves quality planning, audits, compliance monitoring, KPI tracking, and customer reporting while driving a strong quality culture across teams. Perform Quality Assurance (QA) activities according to Bose PAL (PAL - Bose Development processes focused on ASPICE compliance) process for assigned projects. Prepare and maintain QA Plan for assigned projects. Review of Projects’ Plans and sub-plans, at the time of creation and on each major update. Peer reviews of QA Plans. Monitor projects’ related KPIs. Perform Work Product Audits and Process Audits according to provided checklist. Participate in GAP analyses, Projects’ Audits, Assessments as per project schedule. Participate in related Projects’ meetings, based on needs and cadence. Participate in QA organization meetings and reviews. Non-Compliance reporting, tracking, escalation. Completion of Customer Quality Reports. Representation of QA organization in front of customer Other activities related to QA Engineering.
