Role & seniority: QA Engineer (Bose PAL ASPICE compliance)
Stack/tools: QA processes and governance; ASPICE framework; QA plans and sub-plans; work product and process audits; KPI monitoring; non-compliance tracking; customer quality reports; cross-project and customer-facing activities
Prepare and maintain QA Plan for assigned projects; review and update project plans and sub-plans; perform peer reviews of QA plans
Conduct Work Product Audits and Process Audits per checklists; participate in GAP analyses, project audits, and assessments
Monitor project KPIs; report non-compliances and escalate as needed; generate completion of Customer Quality Reports; represent QA organization in front of customers
Strong awareness of software development and testing processes
