Design, plan, and execute end-to-end test plans across iOS, Android, Web, and Smart TV platforms

About the Company
We are looking for a passionate QA Engineer to join our team and ensure a seamless viewing experience for millions of users on the OneD platform. You will be responsible for maintaining the quality of our video streaming services across all platforms, including Mobile, Web, and Smart TVs.
Responsibilities
Test Strategy & Planning: Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases covering all features across iOS, Android, Web, and Smart TV platforms (Samsung, LG, Apple TV, etc.).
End-to-End Testing: Conduct thorough testing of the entire user journey, including content discovery, video playback, user subscription, and payment gateway integrations.
Media Streaming Quality: Monitor and validate video playback performance, focusing on Adaptive Bitrate (ABR) switching, subtitles, and Digital Rights Management (DRM) across various devices.
Automation Testing: Develop and maintain automated test scripts (e.g., Appium, Selenium, or Robot Framework) to streamline regression testing and improve deployment speed.
Defect Tracking: Identify, analyze, and report bugs in detail using Jira, collaborating closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
API Testing: Validate data integrity and communication between Front-end and Back-end services using tools like Postman. Qualifications
Experience: 2-3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (experience in Video Streaming or E-commerce platforms is a strong plus).
Platform Knowledge: Solid understanding of the UI/UX differences and technical constraints between Mobile, Web, and Big-Screen (TV) environments.
Mindset: Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between Product and Engineering teams. Thai Nationality Only
Preferred Skills
Experience with Load/Performance Testing (e.g., JMeter, Locust) to handle high concurrent user peaks during live events. Basic knowledge of Video Encoding standards or Content Delivery Networks (CDN).
