Manual testing of web-based/online applications (ecommerce/transaction-heavy)
Jira, TestRail (or similar test management tools)
BrowserStack (cross-browser/device testing)
ISTQB certification
Perform hands-on manual testing across complex online applications
Collaborate closely with software developers to validate fixes and features
Manage defects and design/maintain test cases to ensure coverage
5+ years in manual testing of online software
Experience testing complex web-based systems (ideally ecommerce/transaction-heavy)
Proven track record working directly with development teams
Strong defect management and test-case design
Proficiency with Jira and TestRail (or equivalents)
