About The Assignment
We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead testing in a complex, multi-vendor delivery within the banking domain. In this role, you will define the overall test strategy and establish a robust test process, while coordinating testing activities across external vendors and multiple internal teams. You will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure the solution meets agreed acceptance criteria and supports real business workflows.
Job Description
Develop, maintain, and communicate the overall test strategy. Define the test process, quality practices, and entry/exit criteria. Create and continuously update the overall test plan and test schedule. Ensure readiness of test environments, test data, and supporting tools. Coordinate testing across vendors and internal teams, aligning timelines, responsibilities, and dependencies. Identify, manage, and follow up on test-related risks and dependencies. Collaborate with business representatives to define test scenarios and test cases tied to acceptance criteria. Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business teams and vendors. Define and drive defect and quality management processes together with relevant stakeholders. Monitor and follow up on test progress, quality levels, risks, and deviations. Produce clear and structured test reporting for stakeholders.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Test Manager, QA Lead, or similar role in large or complex projects. Experience coordinating testing across multiple vendors and internal teams. Strong understanding of test processes, test methodologies, and SDLC/Agile delivery models. Hands-on experience with test management and Jira. Ability to drive structure, consistency, and progress in cross-functional settings.

Experience in the banking/credit domain.
