Role & seniority: RF Test Technician (associate-level role; requires two-year degree or equivalent)
Stack/tools: RF/test equipment (network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, hi-pot/ground bond testers, oscilloscopes, digital probes); basic computer skills (MS Office)
Perform testing, inspection, tuning, and troubleshooting of RF, analog, and digital circuit boards/products to meet customer specs
Set up and operate electrical/electronic/RF test equipment and document results; record labor hours and data
Report defects, discrepancies, equipment malfunctions; maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to standards
Associate’s degree or equivalent
Ability to sit for long periods; manual dexterity for small components (soldering/magnification)
Basic computer skills (MS Office)
RF experience and soldering experience strongly preferred
Prior hands-on RF testing, tuning, and troubleshooting experience
Experience with visual/mechanical inspections and quality standards adherence
Location & work type: In-person, full-time (5/8 schedule: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM), overtime available
