What You’ll Be Doing
Working in a team environment you will be leading a multi disciplined engineering team, developing test equipment solutions that support the complex and demanding requirements of our military products. Our test solutions are multifaceted and versatile, using model-based engineering approaches to provide innovative equipment across our customer base You will be managing the complete development lifecycle, within a challenging timescale, in order to support our customer requirements Supporting our drive to innovative test solutions, maximising automation Championing team performance and development Management of schedule adherence and cost control Full engineering lifecycle, risk and opportunity management Lead stakeholder project reviews Support across the bid lifecycle Pro-active sub-contractor management
You’ll also have people manager responsibilities in this role.
