We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint Automation Tester with expertise in creating test strategies, frameworks, and scripts for SailPoint Application Onboarding. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Identity Access Management (IAM) testing, with a focus on automating workflows to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. This role requires a proactive individual who can bring innovative ideas to optimize testing processes and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated test scripts for SailPoint Application Onboarding to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Design and implement a robust test automation framework tailored for SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or IdentityNow environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the test strategy and approach, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Utilize tools like Selenium and Java (or propose alternative open-source tools) to enhance testing efficiency and reliability.
• Perform regression testing, functional testing, and end-to-end testing to validate application workflows and ensure compliance with IAM standards.
• Identify and resolve issues in the onboarding process, ensuring accuracy and consistency in test results.
• Generate detailed test execution reports and provide actionable insights to improve system performance and reliability.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in IAM testing and propose innovative solutions to improve testing processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow testing, with a focus on application onboarding workflows.
• Strong expertise in test automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or other relevant frameworks.
• Proficiency in Java or other programming languages used for test automation.
• Ability to design and implement customized test frameworks for SailPoint environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into development workflows.
• Strong understanding of IAM principles, compliance requirements, and access management workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in SailPoint environments.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate technical concepts and collaborate with diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SailPoint IIQ Testing Framework (ITF) or similar tools for automating repetitive tasks in IAM environments
• Knowledge of ServiceNow integration testing or other downstream application connectors
