Role & seniority: Test Lead (mid-senior), reports to Project Manager
Stack/tools: SailPoint (mandatory experience), Okta (highly desired), SAP4/HANA, SIT/UAT, qTest, Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow exposure (desirable), MS Excel/Teams
Lead test planning, develop test strategy/plan, create test cases, identify test data, and ensure coverage meets acceptance criteria
Execute test cases, track defects, report plan vs progress, and escalate issues/risks in a structured QA process
Facilitate UAT with business users and teams; support non-functional testing and defect remediation
SailPoint testing (Identity Management) and UAT/SIT execution
Strong test planning, case development, and defect reporting
Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps; familiarity with SAP4/HANA is highly desirable
Ability to produce test summary reports and manage risk/escalation
Okta testing experience
qTest proficiency
ServiceNow integration exposure with SailPoint
ISTQB or equivalent and Agile testing within an Agile team
Location & work type: Sydney-based; on-site required at least 3 days per week; reports to Project Manager; two key projects (SailPoint-SAP4/Hana and Okta-to-SailPoint migration) with SailPoint integration as priority

The Test lead is responsible for test planning, executing cases & documenting test result, lead defect remediation process, defect reporting and supporting project manager with ensuring agreed test coverage is delivered to agreed acceptance criteria. 3 + years’ experience in testing planning, developing test strategy & plan, test cases, identifying test data and prioritising test cases. 5 + years in executing test cases, tracking defects, reporting on plan vs progress and escalating issues and risks to project manager in a structured QA process Expertise in System integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) and producing test summary reports Need to facilitate UAT support/work with business users and team and support any other non-functional testing that may be conducted by suitable team/resources. Formality with qTest testing software, SailPoint and Okta
