Full Description
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Perform a wide variety of duties to include final
inspection and test of simple to complex electrical products to ensure
conformance with quality standards. Work requires a thorough knowledge
of electrical and/or mechanical principles, inspections techniques and a
specialized knowledge of the specific products being manufactured
together with a high degree of judgment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES This List Of Duties And Responsibilities Is Not
all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and
responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time. 1.
Perform subassembly inspection, unit testing and inspection, fixture
testing and circuit board repair. 2. Trouble shoot to component level
with equipment being tested. 3. Decide on allowable variations,
determine cause and effect of malfunctions or defect. 4. Solve
inspection problems encountered in process inspection and test. 5. Work
with high voltages and currents. 6. Provide customer trouble shooting
over telephone. 7. Requires occasional off-site service calls. 8. Follow
all clean-up and housekeeping procedures. 9. Comply with all safety
