Role & seniority: Test Analyst / Quality Assurance (mid-level) within Allianz Services (tester acting as a process-improvement binder across test rooms)
Stack/tools: Quality Centre HP QC/ALM, JIRA, Confluence; Office 365; TFS/JIRA for test results; bilingual in Italian and English
Run functional, manual non-regression and end-to-end tests for a specific business domain;
Draft and execute test cases, document outputs, and ensure results are loaded into the testing tools;
Identify deviations, report improvements, coordinate with other test rooms, and drive standardization and optimization
Fluency in Italian and English (written/spoken)
Experience with QA/testing tools (HP QC/ALM, JIRA, Confluence desirable)
Strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail
Basic Scrum/Agile knowledge; insurance domain knowledge considered an advantage

Role Overview
Utilize the experience of working within the Allianz test teams and professional testing qualifications to actively act as a binder between test rooms in terms of process improvement and innovation.
What You Do
Run functional tests/ Manual Non-Regression tests/E2E tests of applications of a specific business domain; Contribute to the drafting of Test Cases, when the Test Leader consider it necessary/possible; Run the assigned test cases following the defined test script; Describe in detail the test case outputs ensuring completeness and accuracy; Ensure that the test results are correctly loaded on the tool used (TFS or JIRA); Identify borderline situation that may lead to a different test result; Report to the Test Leader possible improvements to test cases; Inform the Test Leader of any deviations between the test script and the behavior of the software so that the test can be modified; Ensure the necessary information to the Test Leader in order to monitor activities; Identifies and drives optimization and standardization to all test rooms; Liaises with other test rooms and fosters good relationships, offering guidance to the involved testing resources; Controls the relevant work instructions and procedures to be up to date; Coordination of meetings with different test rooms; Solve escalation topics with the help of dedicated teams; Preparing presentations and ad-hoc analysis.
What You Bring
Insurance domain knowledge/certifications - will be an advantage; Testing tools - Quality Centre (HP QC/ALM), JIRA, Confluence is only desirable; Fluently in Italian language (written and spoken) for communication with team members of AZ Italy; Fluently in English language (written and spoken); Scrum & Agile knowledge, is beneficial but not mandatory; Good communication skills with the ability to elicit, question, probe and challenge others across the organization; Insurance domain knowledge/certifications - will be an advantage; Testing tools - Quality Centre (HP QC/ALM), JIRA, Confluence is only desirable; Scrum & Agile knowledge, is beneficial but not mandatory.
