Role & seniority: SAP Test Manager (senior/lead level)
Stack/tools: SAP modules and integration points; testing tools (HP ALM, SAP Solution Manager or similar); SDLC and testing methodologies
Define and implement SAP testing strategies, frameworks, and detailed test plans (scope, objectives, resource planning)
Lead end-to-end SAP testing (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, Performance Testing); oversee automated and manual test case creation/execution
Act as primary testing liaison; coordinate with business analysts, developers, QA; manage defects and stakeholder communications
Proven SAP Test Manager experience on SAP implementation projects
Strong knowledge of SAP modules, processes, and integration points
Expertise in test planning, test case design, and test execution methodologies

Excellent leadership, people management, SDLC understanding, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and stakeholder management
Additional test automation experience and frameworks
