We are looking for an experienced SAP Test Manager to lead and manage testing activities across large-scale SAP implementations and transformation programs. In this role, you will be responsible for defining test strategies, managing end-to-end testing cycles, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality SAP solutions across the landscape.
Requirements Industry experience in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) or large enterprise environments. 10+ years of overall IT experience with extensive exposure to SAP testing and quality assurance. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an SAP Test Manager leading end-to-end testing for SAP programs. Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC implementations and upgrades. Expertise in defining test strategies, test plans, and test governance models.
Hands-on experience managing: Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Experience with test automation tools (SAP CBTA, Tricentis Tosca, Solution Manager). Strong understanding of SAP functional modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, HR, SCM, etc.). Experience coordinating with business stakeholders, developers, and functional teams. Strong knowledge of defect management, reporting, and test metrics. Experience with data migration and interface testing. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
