Develop quality manual and automation test frameworks and test plans for investment applications

Engage with development teams to enable rapid and iterative delivery of features and issue research

Drive bug prioritization and collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, Developers, and other tech teams; execute SDLC activities to deliver quality testing
Must-have skills

7 years hands-on Software Testing experience (fundamentals, design, theory) with complex systems

5 years financial systems experience (Asset Management, Wealth Management, Broker/Dealer, Trading)

Experience in Agile/Scrum

Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent

Hands-on experience with one or more investment-management vendor packages listed above

Full Description
We are looking for a Senior QA Testing Lead for an Investment Management client of us. This is not a generic QA role, so apply only if you have investment domain experience.

Qualifications
7 years of hands-on experience in Software Testing fundamentals, test design, and testing theory with complex systems 5 Years Financial systems experience in Asset Management, Wealth Management, Broker/Dealer, Trading Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment is required Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required. Experience in one or more technology vendor packages used in the Investment Management industry – Eagle STAR/PACE, CRD, Bloomberg AIM, Blackrock Aladdin, SimCorp, Portia
Responsibilities
Develop quality Manual and Automation test frameworks and test plans for our client’s investment applications Engage with the development team enabling rapid and iterative delivery of features, fixes, issue research, etc. Drive bug prioritization and work cross-functionally with Project Managers, Developers, and other technology teams to ensure success Execute various stages of SDLC while driving the delivery of quality testing methods in a fast-paced environment
