Role & seniority: Completions/QA Engineer in the e2x joint venture (joint venture between e20/RSGx) responsible for coordinating completions activities to handover and close out the project.
Stack/tools: Electrical and Communications Systems installation; HVAC systems coordination; documentation audit (as-built drawings, completion reports, test results); handover checklist creation; coordination of meetings with operations, maintenance, and safety teams; system testing and final inspections; manual compilation.
Deliver engineering services to support project outcomes within budget and schedule.

e20 in a joint venture with RSGx, have formed e2x to deliver the Supply (limited), Installation, Test & Commissioning of HVAC Systems to the Sydney Metro, Western Sydney Airport project. This is a landmark transport initiative that will link St Mary’s to Bradfield.
e2x will Supply (limited) & Installation of Electrical and Communications Systems to four major stations.

Key Responsibilities
Accountable for performance and delivery of engineering services to support project outcomes against agreed project budgets and schedules. Provide construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning support to projects as required.
Documentation Audit: Review all project documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy. This includes as-built drawings, completion reports, and test results.
Checklist Creation: Develop a detailed handover checklist covering all necessary documentation, tests, and operational guidelines.
Meetings: Organize meetings with key stakeholders, including operations, maintenance, and safety teams, to outline the handover process and address any concerns.
Clarifications: Resolve any outstanding issues or discrepancies in project documentation or completion activities.
System Testing: Verify that all systems have been tested and commissioned according to specifications. Any issues discovered need to be addressed and resolved promptly.
Final Inspections: Conduct final inspections to ensure all installations align with design and client specifications.
Compile and organize all operational and maintenance manuals, ensuring they are user-friendly and accessible.
