Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Wireless Test Engineer to support modem, connectivity, and network validation for next-generation automotive and autonomous vehicle systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with wireless test platforms, deep knowledge of 4G/5G and Wi-Fi technologies, and the ability to automate and scale test frameworks. Key Responsibilities Configure, program, and execute test plans using wireless test platforms such as Keysight and Rohde & Schwarz. Perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting on modem development boards, RF prototypes, and connectivity modules. Conduct SFN/PTCRB/GCF compliance and certification tests, including operator-specific testing for U.S. MNOs, and support field testing activities. Analyze wireless communication behavior using tools like QXDM, QCAT, Wireshark, and RF logging utilities. Validate coexistence scenarios across Wi-Fi, Cellular (4G/5G), GNSS, and other wireless subsystems. Work with IEEE 802.11/802.1AS, 4G-LTE, 5G-NR standards and IP networking concepts to diagnose performance and interoperability issues. Develop automation scripts (Python, JavaScript) to streamline test execution and build scalable test frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (modem, RF, software, networking) to resolve connectivity and performance issues and support product launch milestones. Required Skills & Qualifications Hands-on testing experience with Keysight and/or Rohde & Schwarz wireless test equipment. Strong working knowledge of 3GPP technologies (4G-LTE, 5G-NR) along with Wi-Fi and Ethernet standards (IEEE 802.1AS, 802.11). Experience with PTCRB/GCF/SFN test processes and U.S. carrier acceptance testing. Understanding of Wi-Fi PHY, RF behavior, and coexistence between Wi-Fi, Cellular, and GNSS.
